WIN WITH LEE LIMITED operates Group Scout Pro and is the controller of personal information used to provide the service. When you enter personal information about your own contacts, you are responsible for your purpose and lawful basis for using it; we host it to provide your workspace.

We handle your account email and authentication information; groups and About-tab text you manually supply; rules, notes, saved posts, posting logs and recorded outcomes; manually entered leads, contact details, consent confirmations, stages and follow-up dates; brand settings and sync tokens. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request logs and error diagnostics.

The Chrome extension stores connection information, your sync token, pasted drafts and last-sync details locally in your browser. It can read the active tab’s URL to help fill the group link, but does not read Facebook page contents, scrape Facebook, capture membership answers or automatically collect leads. It sends extracted group details from the scan you choose to sync to the app.

We use account and workspace information to perform our contract with you: signing you in, saving your work, generating requested content and providing your chosen features. Our legitimate interests include protecting accounts, preventing abuse, diagnosing faults and responding to enquiries. Legal obligations may require us to retain certain records or respond to lawful requests. Where processing requires consent, it must be obtained separately; a lead consent checkbox is a record, not proof that every use is lawful.

When you request AI post writing, topic ideas or rules summaries, relevant topic, tone, keyword, group name and supplied rules are sent to Anthropic to fulfil that request. Avoid putting sensitive information or identifiable lead details into topics, rules or prompts. AI output can contain inaccuracies.

Lovable Cloud and its underlying hosting, authentication and storage providers handle service data. Anthropic handles requested AI processing. Media delivery and font providers receive requests needed to display the site. Data may be processed outside the UK. Transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards; contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Workspace information is kept while needed to provide your account and chosen features. Request account or data deletion by email. Information may need to remain for resolving disputes, security investigations or legal obligations; backup copies and provider logs may remain until their applicable retention periods expire. Contact us for the retention details relevant to your data.

Access is restricted to your signed-in workspace. Keep your password and extension sync token private, and regenerate a token if exposed. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Subject to the law and applicable exceptions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email us to exercise your rights; we may need to verify your identity.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please contact us first if you would like us to investigate a concern.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
