This notice identifies the asserted rights holder. It does not claim registered trademark status, a patent, ownership of third-party materials or exclusive rights to an idea, functionality or every AI-generated output.

Without the relevant rights holder’s written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, adapt, resell or pass off protected product software, original interface artwork, branding, text, screenshots or sales-video materials, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence. Do not present Group Scout Pro or its protected materials as your own product.

The restriction does not prevent you from using the app as intended: editing, copying, downloading and manually publishing your own generated posts, captions, infographics and carousel exports. You retain the rights you hold in your own uploaded or entered content. You must still check the rights in any third-party material included in your output.

Third-party libraries, fonts, services, marks and licensed materials remain owned by their respective rights holders and governed by their licences. Statutory copyright exceptions and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted continue to apply. AI-generated content may not be unique or protected by copyright.

For permission requests or suspected infringement, email contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk with the material concerned, its location, your contact details and the basis of your request or claim. We may request further information before responding.
